If you book directly on our website, you pay 25% of the total price, and your booking will be confirmed. The remaining amount must be paid 40 days before the start of your trip.

If you cancel 40 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 39 days before the start of your vacation, we will retain 10% of the total price. If you cancel 29 days in advance, we will retain 20% of the total price. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of your vacation, we unfortunately must retain 50% of the amount. If we are able to find a new guest, we will refund the amount. This will be done in consultation with the guest.

The visitor’s tax is always included in our price, and we pay it on behalf of our guests.

We guarantee a check-in time of 3:00 p.m. at the latest. Earlier check-in times (starting around 1:00 p.m.) are also possible by arrangement at no extra charge. This depends on the season and agreement with the previous guest. Guests must check out by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

We have a key safe on site. We usually hand over the key in person. However, the safe is always available as an option for flexible arrival times.

The house is suitable for up to 7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (which can also be separated) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The large 9x4m pool is great fun for children. A crib and a high chair are available. A selection of toys and inflatable water toys are available for guests to use.

Everything is on one level, making it easily accessible for older adults or people with mobility challenges.

Two to three cars can park for free on the property.

At our place, bed linens, towels, and consumables (hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap) are always included in the price. A washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, safe and hot tub are also available for guests’ use. The sauna in one of the bathrooms and the outdoor pool are available to guests.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, milk frother, microwave, filtered water tap, refrigerator, freezer, and a complete set of high-quality kitchenware, including plates, dishes, and pots. bowls, etc., which you can use during your stay. A small outdoor kitchen with a water connection and a Plancha grill is available for cooking outdoors.

Wi-Fi is available and may be used by guests free of charge.

We allow one dog. We charge a €50 surcharge for final cleaning. Please note that the dog is not allowed on the bed, in the pool, or in the hot tub.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. However, smoking is permitted on the spacious terrace. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the general waste.

Final cleaning is handled by our cleaning fairy, for which we charge a fee of 190€. During your stay, a handheld vacuum and a mop are available so you can give the place a quick vacuum. For longer stays, our cleaning fairy can also stop by occasionally by arrangement.

The harbor is about 300 meters away. The nearest swimming spots and beaches are about 800 meters away. Around the harbor, you can enjoy delicious meals at three restaurants. A café with an ice cream parlor rounds out the selection.

We have a wallbox for our guests at the house.

Important: Please always shower before using the pool (there’s an outdoor shower next to the pool). This ensures that sunscreen doesn’t contaminate the pool and the water. And please don’t jump into the pool from the side—always use the steps.
